Key Responsibilities
- Review housing data and reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Review housing assistance applications and supporting documentation for completeness before advancing them through the approval process.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for housing programs and projects.
- Assist property managers with file reviews to support program compliance.
- Manage shared housing program email inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Monitor and route voicemail messages to ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the housing team with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
- High School/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least five (5) years’ experience in office management and administrative support systems preferred
- Enjoy keeping projects organized and ensuring important details don't get overlooked.
- Have strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Are comfortable working with data, documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate professionally and provide responsive support to both internal teams and external partners.
