This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. This position will work in both St. Charles and Arnold office locations. Training in Child Testing/Assessments and Autism Assessments preferred.
We’re seeking a licensed psychologist to join our team and lead the delivery of high-quality psychological assessments that inform care and support long-term wellness. In this role, you’ll conduct integrated evaluations using norm-referenced testing and clinical interviews, then translate your findings into actionable, strength-based recommendations for both treatment and educational planning. This is an impactful opportunity to shape care for individuals across the lifespan while collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations including testing, interpretation, and feedback
- Prepare clear, strength-based reports with evidence-based recommendations
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to inform care planning
- Complete required documentation (including prior authorizations) accurately and on time
- Maintain productivity expectations while upholding clinical quality standards
- Supervise psychology interns or residents as needed
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance improvement efforts
- Stay current with best practices and ethical guidelines in psychological assessment
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Doctorate degree in psychology required
- At least two (2) years’ experience preferred
- Experience in child/adolescent evaluations preferred
