In this position, you will serve as a key player in troubleshooting reagent and assay-related challenges, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Job Requirements
Required Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Science (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Physiology) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Hands-on wet lab experience, ideally with immunohistochemistry (IHC), histology, or tissue diagnostics
Proven ability to perform reagent or assay-based investigations for product performance and compliance issues
Experience working within regulated quality systems, including CAPA and NCR processes
Familiarity with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in R&D or manufacturing settings
Knowledge of procedures related to automated staining and reagent applications such as H&E, IHC, and ISH
Strong data analysis skills, ability to prepare detailed reports, and maintain meticulous records
Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across functions
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Agile methodologies
Prior experience in manufacturing or product development environments
Exposure to failure investigation teams and cross-functional project management
Knowledge of laboratory automation and advanced diagnostic techniques
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline
At least 4 years of hands-on laboratory research or product investigation experience
