Job Requirements Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Science (e.g., Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Physiology) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience Hands-on wet lab experience, ideally with immunohistochemistry (IHC), histology, or tissue diagnostics Proven ability to perform reagent or assay-based investigations for product performance and compliance issues Experience working within regulated quality systems, including CAPA and NCR processes Familiarity with troubleshooting and root-cause analysis in R&D or manufacturing settings Knowledge of procedures related to automated staining and reagent applications such as H&E, IHC, and ISH Strong data analysis skills, ability to prepare detailed reports, and maintain meticulous records Effective communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating across functions Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Agile methodologies Prior experience in manufacturing or product development environments Exposure to failure investigation teams and cross-functional project management Knowledge of laboratory automation and advanced diagnostic techniques Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline At least 4 years of hands-on laboratory research or product investigation experience Other Requirements: This is an onsite role in a regulated environment, requiring compliance with safety and quality standards Ability to coordinate with global teams and adapt to fast-changing priorities Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail
