Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:
- Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position.
- Participate in scheduled meetings, in-service training and team decisions as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally by phone or face-to-face with agency staff, vendors, community
- Compile, prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records, files, forms, statistics, and additional information
- Implement Compass Connections safety protocols including evacuating with children and other staff in case
- Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed and as requested by the supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of the child and program operations.
- Maintain Compass Connections professional and ethical standards of conduct outlined in Compass
members and complying with required dress code at all times.
Other Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files
- Receives, tracks, and responds to high volume inquiries and requests for stored records from internal and
- Processes raw images using the appropriate software.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation or training in accordance with agency policies and procedures
- Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
- Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
- Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
- Ability to frequently move boxes weighing between 30-50 pounds throughout designated work area.
- Demonstrate the ability to:
- Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain emotional control and professional composure at all
- Organize and prioritize responsibilities and duties efficiently.
