Responsibilities
Our caregivers work in partnership with the CompassCare Care Team and office staff to provide the highest level of care and service.
- Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.
- Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social events.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities.
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
- Follow individualized care plans.
- Complete daily documentation and communicate with the CompassCare Care Team.

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
- HHA, CNA, or any other Certification related to Senior Home Care.
- CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Kind, optimistic, empathetic, dependable, and professional
- Passionate about working with older adults
