Responsibilities
Our caregivers work in partnership with the CompassCare Client Team and Office Staff to provide the highest level of care and service.
- Provide concierge-level care, companionship, and engagement
- Assist with enrichment activities, outings, and social events
- Drive clients to appointments, errands, and activities using your own vehicle or the client's vehicle
- Accompany clients to appointments when needed
- Assist with personal care
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Follow care plans
- Complete daily reporting and communicate with the Care Team

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Minimum 2 years of one-on-one senior caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be willing to drive clients using either your own vehicle or the client's vehicle
- Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred)
- HHA, CNA, PCA, or PCT Certification
- CPR Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Kind, optimistic, empathetic, dependable, and professional
- Passionate about working with older adults
