Are you a natural salesperson who loves the water and knows how to build a brand? Do you have a track record of closing memberships or consultative sales, running social media that actually converts, and making things happen out in the community? If so, we want to talk.
Compass Boat Club is a premium, locally owned boat club in Fort Pierce, FL. We give members access to a fleet of high-end boats, personalized service, and a waterfront lifestyle that the big franchise clubs simply can’t match. We’re growing fast and we need the right person to lead our membership growth and marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and close new memberships — this is a sales role at its core
- Give tours of our fleet and facility to prospective members
- Own our Facebook, Instagram, and Google presence — content, paid ads, and engagement
- Manage our CRM (Go High Level) and follow up with every lead quickly and consistently
- Get out in the community — networking events, local businesses, marinas, anywhere our members are
- Plan and execute member events and on-water experiences throughout the year
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience with specific results you can speak to — membership sales is a significant plus
- Hands-on social media and paid ads experience — real campaigns, real results
- CRM experience, Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent
- Comfortable with outside sales and community outreach you don’t wait for the phone to ring
- Event planning experience of any kind
- No college degree required we care about what you’ve done, not where you studied
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $38,000–$48,000 depending on experience
- Tiered commission per new membership sold no cap. OTE $65,000–$80,000 at target.
- Full premium club membership included use the boats, the clubhouse, all of it, at no cost to you. That’s roughly $9,600 per year in real lifestyle value.
- Primarily Monday–Friday schedule; some weekend availability may be needed for events and peak season
- Ground-floor opportunity at a growing, locally owned company with real expansion plans
