Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL for an Insurance Specialist. The Insurance Specialist will support clients by providing expert advice on insurance products, tailoring solutions to their individual needs, and guiding them through the process of selecting appropriate coverage. The role includes client consultations, developing strong relationships, managing insurance policies, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
- Solid understanding of Finance principles related to the insurance industry
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to assess customer needs effectively
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- State insurance license or the ability to obtain one as required
- Proficiency with relevant software and tools is a plus
