We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Short-Term Rental cleaning and hospitality, with experience in managing housekeeping operations, inspecting properties, short-term rentals and laundry facilitation. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of market cleaning jobs.
- Supervise and train housekeepers to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and procedures.
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, spot treating, and towels.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties, notate property conditions, and communicate with cleaners.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, deliver inventory, maintian inventory counts; report any shortages or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement best practices in commercial cleaning techniques to enhance efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer requests or concerns.
- Ensure clenaers are doing the best job possible and communicate with cleaners for improvement needs.
- Collaborate with management to develop schedules, inventiry, and assign tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning management roles; Short-Term Rental or hospitality experience is a must.
