Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Utilize Excel and/or CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
- Conduct outbound calls for warm calling initiatives to follow up on leads and enhance customer relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for B2B sales and technical sales support.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and close sales opportunities.
- Provide product knowledge and support ensuring customers understand the benefits of our offerings and to take care of their needs..
- Assist in marketing efforts by promoting services during customer interactions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills while interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service and inside sales roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on B2B sales and telemarketing experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and effectively.
- Experience in technical sales or business development is a plus.
