Seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage daily HR operations, including:

• Weekly payroll processing

• Employee relations and HR support

• Benefits, PTO, and leave administration

• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding

• Employee records and compliance

• HR reporting and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• 3 years of HR experience in a long term care facility

• Payroll experience required

• Recruiting and onboarding experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information independently

• Microsoft Office proficiency

• HR or related degree preferred

Benefits package and paid time off included. $65-75k
