Responsibilities:
- Deliver accompanying paperwork (scripts, orders, follow-up information) to the appropriate personnel at appointments and upon return.
- Ensure the safety of residents, employees, and the public.
- Assist with managing the schedule appointment book and help
- Keep residents notified and aware of their appointments and times to be ready.
- Assist residents into and out of vehicles and appointment locations to ensure they arrive at the correct destinations.
- Interact with patients and customers of various ages in a pleasant and respectful manner
- Work with nursing home administrators and staff to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Be mindful of where the company vehicle is parked, considering the company logo displayed prominently on the vehicle.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.
- Valid and current driver's license.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and established routines.
- Ability to perform routine heavy lifting and stand for long periods.
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday, sit, crouch, lift, push, pull, balance, and operate and assemble durable medical equipment.
- Professional and courteous attitude, abiding by the professional code of ethics and showing respect for others.
