Are you a people person who loves pets? Were on the lookout for an enthusiastic, upbeat Receptionist to join our amazing team at Companion Animal Hospital!
As the first friendly face our clients see, youll be the heart of our front desk, greeting pets and their people with a smile, scheduling appointments, answering a multi-line phone system, managing check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and sharing helpful info about our services. If youve got a background in fast-paced customer service and a love for animals, wed love to meet you! Lets make tails wag together.
Schedule:
This is a flexible part-time position with shifts scheduled from 9am-6pm during the week, and 9am-2pm on Saturday.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $17-19 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications:
- 1 years of client service experience in a fast paced environment
- Invoicing, cash handling and processing credit card transactions
- Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
