Looking for an opportunity to support one of the nation's most important nuclear security missions?
COMPA Industries is seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist 4 to support critical plutonium facility and construction projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in DOE construction, nuclear operations, maintenance, project execution, and field leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project construction teams
- Support project execution, work control, and construction activities
- Coordinate with functional organizations and project stakeholders
- Conduct independent assessments and reviews of field work activities
- Support quality, compliance, and workforce training initiatives
- Help drive safe and successful project delivery within high-hazard nuclear environments
What We're Looking For:
- 8 years of construction or maintenance experience
- 5 years supporting DOE missions preferred
- Experience in DOE Hazard Category II Nuclear Facilities
- Plutonium facility experience strongly desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance

- 100% Onsite at LANL
- 4x10 Work Schedule
