- Support daily facility operations while ensuring compliance with DOE standards
- Assist in preparing and maintaining operational procedures and documentation
- Contribute to readiness assessments, issue resolution, and reporting efforts
- Maintain training records, support audits, and ensure documentation accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between operations teams and key stakeholders
🎯 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 5 years of experience in operations, compliance, or facility support roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment

- Background in nuclear, DOE, or other regulated industries
- Active Q Clearance (or ability to obtain one)
