COMPA Industries is hiring IT Customer Support Specialists to support Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) in a mission-critical, secure environment. This is a customer-facing IT role supporting authentication, credentials, and system access for LANL personnel.

💼 Position Details

Titles: IT Customer Support Specialist – Level 2 & Level 3

Pay:

• Level 2: $33–$38/hr (5 years experience)
• Level 3: $38–$44/hr (8 years experience)

Schedule: Full-time | Day shift (9/80s or 5/8s, between 7am–5pm)

Location: Los Alamos, NM (Onsite – no remote)

Clearance: Active DOE Q required prior to submission

(Active TS may be considered if transferable)

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Support authentication, credentialing, and access issues on LANL networks
• Issue and manage MFA tokens and user credentials
• Resolve or escalate incidents using IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Communicate clearly with customers on issue status and resolution
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation
• Generate credential usage and access reports
• Level 3 roles include advanced documentation and workflow improvements

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5 years (Level 2) or 8 years (Level 3) in IT customer support / service desk
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Windows environments, Office 365, Teams
• Familiarity with incident management tools
• Active DOE Q clearance (required)
• IT certifications and MFA experience are a plus
