Senior Business Analyst – Planner Scheduler
Compa Industries is searching for qualified candidates for a Senior Business Analyst – Planner Scheduler position at the Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC.
Salary: $78/hr - $83/hr
Location: Savannah River Site, Aiken, SC
Citizenship: US Citizenship Required
Work Schedule: Up to a 40-hour work week. SRNS utilizes 5/8s, 4/10s, and 9/80s schedules. Each workday includes a 30-minute lunch. Overtime may be required.
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” clearance is required. Active DOE clearance not initially required but preferred if held within the past two years.
🚫 Mandatory Experience Requirement – Read Before Applying
Candidates must have prior experience on DOE/NNSA/DOD capital projects and direct experience supporting DOE 413.3B projects.
Minimum of 10 years of experience using Primavera P6 for schedule development, including resource loading, cost tracking, and performance metrics is required.

Responsibilities And Duties
- Develop, analyze, implement, and maintain integrated, logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules.
- Formulate schedule logic to meet baseline milestones and award fee objectives.
- Analyze schedule performance and recommend corrective actions for deviations.
- Review and improve planning methodologies.
- Lead or support schedule review and “Plan of the Day” meetings.
- Provide guidance and oversight in planning/scheduling activities.
- Develop project milestone schedules and ensure alignment with resource planning.
- Maintain regular interface with all levels of project and division management.
- Strong proficiency with personal computers and automated cost/scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of project management, cost and schedule control, operations, maintenance, and construction.
- Proven experience in conceptual estimating and understanding of construction labor, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Cobra, Empower, Success.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Knowledge of change control processes including Baseline Change Proposals (BCPs).
- Experience developing forecasts and cost performance metrics.
- Master’s degree in business, construction management, technical, engineering, or related field 2 years of experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in related field 5 years of experience, OR
- Associate degree 8 years of experience, OR
- High school diploma 12 years of experience
