What you’ll do:
- ldentify, prospect and source new leads based in specific industries, across a range of company sizes and geographic areas.
- Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through cold calling, emailing and effective follow ups, focusing on a multi-channel approach.
- Convert leads into opportunities by scheduling qualified prospects for product demonstrations with our Account Executive team
Your skills, behaviours and values:
- You have at least 2 years of experience working as a B2B SDR or in a 100% outbound sales role, doing cold outreach (SaaS would be ideal, but not a necessity; however, B2B sales is essential).
- You have a proven track record with outbound selling, being able to demonstrate previous success
- You bring a high level of enthusiasm to work every day and have a relentless work ethic
- You have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via other channels
- You have a natural curiosity and understand the importance of great questioning
- You believe in your selling ability, and you can handle objections over the phone and in person
- You have familiarity with core business CRM’s, software and tools, e.g. HubSpot, Google Suite, Slack, etc
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary is $60,000 $15,000 OTE although the commission structure is completely uncapped!
Other elements of your compensation include: Gym membership contribution - Healthcare, Dental, and Vision insurance - 20 days of PTO 11 US national holidays - 5 paid sick days - 5-day-holiday-buy-in-scheme - Simple IRA (equivalent to a 401K) - Remote working during Christmas and summer periods - Snacks in the office - Social events - Focus on continuous training and access to conferences.
And you’d probably like to know that we have a hybrid working model (10 days a month in the office) but it is an open door so feel free to come in more if you'd like! Please note that for your first 4 weeks, you will be required to come in full-time 8 am - 5 pm. We are based in Fulton Market, Chicago.
Salary : $15,000 - $60,000
