Responsible for all aspects of supporting all the accounting department. Prepare balance sheet and bank reconciliations as requested. Assist and support in preparation of monthly financial statements and filings. Analyzes account activity and provides information to colleagues as required.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts for review.
- Bank account reconciliations.
- Support and assist in the coordination and preparation of the Company’s financial statements and reports for internal distribution and regulatory filings.
- Support and assist in the coordination and preparation of the Company’s quarterly and annual filings required by National and State agencies.
- Prepare monthly journal entries as directed.
- Assist with preparing schedules and information required in connection with external audits.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail.
- Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and independently with limited supervision.
- Must possess working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
- Experience may substitute for formal education in this role.
