Duties & Responsibilities
Frontline Service with Purpose
As a Teller, you will be the welcoming face of CommunityAmerica, delivering friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions. You’ll build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals through:
- Member-Centered Service – Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey.
- Relationship-Driven Service Delivery – Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience
- Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
