Duties & Responsibilities
Frontline Service with Purpose
As a Teller, You Will Be The Welcoming Face Of CommunityAmerica, Delivering Friendly, Accurate Service While Handling Financial Transactions. You’ll Build Trust, Answer Questions, And Support Members In Reaching Their Financial Goals Through
- Member-Centered Service – Greet each Member with warmth and professionalism, listen actively, and provide tailored solutions that meet them where they are on their financial journey.
- Relationship-Driven Service Delivery – Connect Members with products, services, and specialists that align with their goals, helping them take the next step toward financial success.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred); bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience
- Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
- Competitive Pay $25.00 hourly pay and $10.00 a day stipend plus eligibility for our Bi-Annual Performance Sharing Plan.
