Job Title: Director of Human Resources
Principle Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for general human resources tasks including payroll administration, benefits and
personnel records.
2. Work with fiscal management team in processing payroll and benefits related payables
3. Provide oversight for orientation for new staff to personnel policies and procedures and inform
all staff of personnel policy changes/updates.
4. Management of benefit and compensation packages.
5. Produce reports as needed.
6. Maintain awareness of current labor laws and policies.
7. Assist in the policy development to meet program contract applications/obligations, both initial
and renewal.
8. Assist with miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education, Knowledge, Skills:
1. Education - High School graduate with preparation in Human Resource Administration. Related
college coursework preferred.
2. Experience - Three years related experience.
3. Knowledge -
i. Word Processing
ii. Verbal and Written Communication Skills
iii. Organizational Skills
iv. Knowledge of software applications and operations
v. Understand legal issues pertaining to Human Resources Fair Labor Standards Act: Exempt
Reporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Accounting or Designee
Pay: $40, $50,000.00 per year
