Title: Administrative Assistant
Principle Duties/Responsibilities: General/Finance:
Provide clerical/administrative support to ASI departments and personnel as directed.
May assist with fiscal operations as assigned:
a. Receive and process accounts payable and accounts receivable billing, maintain business and
customer contracts.
b. Maintain an organized filing system for vendors and customers.
c. Auditing and filing.
May assist with form development, writing and editing policies and procedures
May assist in implementing and testing IT operations/software development.
May work with local authorities, contractors and service providers for facility maintenance.
May work with public relations, marketing and social media applications.
Other duties as may be assigned.
Community Wellness Group:
Process all incoming referrals, including verifying Medicaid/Insurance eligibility
Responsible for answering phone calls and greeting clients and visitors
Assist with marketing including social media, website, etc.
Other duties as may be assigned
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Education: High school diploma with preparation in administrative support and accounting.
Related college coursework preferred.
Experience: One year preferred
Knowledge:
a. Word Processing
b. Fiscal Management
c. Verbal and Written Communication Skills
d. Organizational Skills
e. Knowledge of software applications and operations
f. Interpersonal skills necessary for effective communication
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Regional Director/Accounting Director or Designee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35, $40,000.00 per year
