About the Program
Join a dedicated team supporting adults in an 11-bed residential recovery program designed for individuals navigating substance use and behavioral health challenges. This structured 3–12 month program focuses on whole-person wellness—helping residents rebuild their lives with the tools, confidence, and support needed for long-term success.
Your Impact in This Role
As a Residential Counselor, you are at the heart of our mission. You will:
- Create a safe, structured, and supportive living environment
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with residents
- Support daily living skills and independence
- Facilitate engaging groups and recovery-focused activities
- Provide trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Assist with medication support and program accountability
- Document progress and contribute to individualized care plans
- Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For
- 18 with a high school diploma or GED
- AODS certification or experience in recovery/behavioral health preferred
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint clearance
- Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- A passion for helping others grow and succeed
