The Habilitation Quality and Systems Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and promoting compliance across Day Habilitation services to ensure adherence to OPWDD regulations, OMIG expectations, Medicaid requirements, and agency policies. Working closely with the Habilitation Leadership Team, this position develops, implements, and evaluates systems that support regulatory compliance, quality service delivery, fiscal integrity, and continuous quality improvement. The Coordinator collaborates with leadership to leverage technology, including Therap, AI-enabled solutions, and the Care Coordination Organization (CCO) portal, to enhance compliance oversight, streamline processes, and improve operational effectiveness. Additionally, the Coordinator oversees activities related to Medicaid eligibility and benefit maintenance to support uninterrupted access to services and funding for individuals receiving supports.
