LOCATION: Dublin, GA
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC). This facility provides critical support and stabilization services for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate safe and reliable transportation for individuals to and from appointments and services
- Maintain transportation schedules, including confirming pick-ups/drop-offs and adjusting routes as needed
- Complete and submit accurate transportation documentation in accordance with organizational policies
- Monitor vehicle safety, inspections, and maintenance needs; report concerns promptly
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to prioritize transportation needs
- Communicate effectively with individuals served, families, and team members regarding transportation details
- Report incidents, issues, or changes in status to appropriate supervisors
- Provide additional support with coordination tasks and departmental needs as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
- Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines accordingly
