What are the responsibilities and job description for the RLT/RBT position at Community School?
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Registered Behavior Technician and Registered Line Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to help them develop life-changing skills. You will implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a supportive environment.
- Current RBT certification in good standing (or willingness to obtain certification within 30 days).
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.
Positions are full-time 35-40 hours a week.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
