The Administrative Assistant (Training Development/Human Resources) reports to the Coordinator of Training & Employee Engagement, with a dotted line to the Director of Human Resources. This role is responsible for carrying out day-to-day organizational administrative tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of administrative functions related to the Human Resources Training department.

Maintain Human Resources Training department systems and files, including but not limited to New Hire Orientation attendance and records management.

Assist with tracking staff and maintaining databases for training appointments for CPR, SCIP, AMAP, and other upcoming trainings.

Assist with record retention and data entry into the Paycom system.

Assist in preparing for orientation sessions, including the preparation of material, sign-in sheets, and other materials.

During orientation, assist with room setup and breakdown, ensuring that tables, chairs, water, and cleanliness are properly maintained.

Assist in updating the HRIS system with employee information.

Conduct file audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinate and assist with Open Houses and other HR-related off-site events.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

Perform all other duties necessary to provide continuous service.

Associate's degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred

A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience (Training/Human Resources)

Proficient in MS Office

Strong organizational and planning skills
Salary : $50,000
