Duties and Responsibilities:
Bus Driver
· Respect confidentiality of clients and their information
· Provide friendly, compassionate, on-time service that our clients can count on
· Provide service with empathy
· Safely help clients in and out of the vehicle
· Communicate in a timely and effective manner with clients, especially in the case of unforeseen changes
· Report any incidents or delays promptly
· Keep agency bus clean, orderly, maintained, and in proper working condition
· Understand and follow applicable Federal and Texas State laws and regulations; comply with policies to ensure client safety and protect client privacy and security
· Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, time, and passenger counts
· Accurately complete activity logs and vehicle reports
· Must be able to understand and operate GPS devices and cell phones
· Must be physically able to step up and down steps, safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs, and transport wheelchair clients on paved and unpaved surfaces
· Perform other duties and tasks as requested by manager
Front Office Assistant
· Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
· Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
· Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning/copying documents
· Maintain a clean and organized front office area
· Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
· Provide general support to others as needed
Qualifications:
· Be reliable in attendance and punctuality
· Possess a valid driver's license
· Have a satisfactory driving record
· Pass a background check
· Flexibility in work/lunch schedule
· High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
· Experience in an administrative role in addition to the customer service role preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other basic computer skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
