A dynamic, full-time Leasing Agent/Consultant position is available at a Residential Property Management company in the Cleveland area. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leasing and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
The position will handle the leasing responsibilities at a 400 unit Market-rate apartment community just south of Cleveland.
Qualifications / Requirements for this position include:
- 2 years of property management experience required
- Leasing/Leadership experience a must
- Tour apartments, handle the application process, and work with maintenance on work orders
- Deliver exceptional customer service to the residents and new prospects
- "Roll up sleeves" mentality
- Answer phones, prepare lease agreements, conduct market surveys, etc/
- Knowledge of office and property management software a plus
