We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and maintenance of condominium and HOA communities. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and special projects involving common areas, buildings, and exterior property features.
Responsibilities include light plumbing and electrical work, wood replacement, deck repairs, and general building maintenance to ensure communities remain safe, attractive, and well-maintained.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school training preferred.
- 2 years of experience in property, building, or community maintenance.
- Proficient in general carpentry, wood replacement, and deck/balcony repairs.
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, and exterior building maintenance.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, plans, and written instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally with HOA boards, property managers, and residents.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).
- Basic hand tools and maintenance equipment are a plus.
