We are looking for multi-skilled Maintenance team members (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, HVAC) for a portion of our affordable, scattered-site portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and/or with a team in challenging urban neighborhoods.

Maintenance duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform regular demand maintenance to assigned units – plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry
- Respond to on-call emergencies (rotating on-call schedule)
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, taking pictures, and work in progress statuses
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Maintain an organized parts and work area
- Use every opportunity to build technical skills related to the work needed in the portfolio
- Maintain property curb appeal
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Personal vehicle
- Own basic hand tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year or more experience in residential property maintenance
Selected candidates will be subject to the following background checks:
