We are seeking an Asset Inspector for our residential properties, with an emphasis on timely and detailed inspections, follow-up on related tasks, and good computer skills. The successful candidate will have the organizational skills necessary to provide timely and detailed inspections and follow-up. They will also demonstrate good customer service skills, solid technical skills and the ability to work independently and/or in a team environment. Other key traits include: ability to multi-task; quickly make sound decisions; demonstrate logical thought and good business sense; and display strong interpersonal skills.

The Asset Inspector’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct and document home inspections pursuant to applicable regulatory agencies and CPO policy, including inspecting the unit for housekeeping issues or health and safety risks
- Conduct regular exterior property inspections and monitor maintenance of properties to ensure that residents remain lease compliant
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports and files
- Research and respond to all inspection-related inquires
- Establish and maintain a cooperative working relationship with staff, owners and agents
- Provide support to help the team complete required tasks
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution
- Customer service that supports CPO vision, mission and core values
- Appropriate leadership and management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 years of property management or other directly-related experience
- 1 years of customer service experience
- Detail-oriented with strong computer and organizational skills
