Job Summary:
CPSFL is seeking a dynamic Systems Analyst for a full time position. The Systems Analyst position has a broad range of duties and responsibilities and is exposed to a variety of different exciting challenges due to the lean nature of the department. This position requires an individual who is a highly efficient, knowledgeable professional with excellent analytical, problem solving, multitasking and customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience and/or certification.
- 2 years of related experience in a Systems Analyst, Help Desk, Network Administration or similar role.
- Microsoft and/or Cisco certification a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides hardware, software, network, and telecom support to organization utilizing a help desk ticketing system.
- Configures and supports network hardware including routers, switches, wireless access points, and printers.
- Performs Windows domain administration functions including AD users and groups, GPO management, and PowerShell scripting.
- Office 365 administration including Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Builds, rigorously tests, and maintains system images for mass deployment.
- Management and security of mobile devices utilizing an MDM solution.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $26.50/hr
