Community Partners is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)!
We are looking for candidates that are energetic, motivated, compassionate, eager to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, and are passionate about helping kids and adults with autism spectrum disorders.
In this position, the BCBA will be responsible for conducting evaluations, behavioral assessments and functional assessments to identifying needs and work with individuals and families to create individualized plans of intervention for home, school and community settings. Services will be center-based, as well as home and community based.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, hold a current Board Certification as a BCBA, with experience in early childhood, Autism and individuals with special needs. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
This is a 40 hour per week position, however, we are willing to consider candidates seeking fewer hours. For full time candidates, the position provides excellent benefits to include medical/dental coverage, life insurance, long term disability coverage, PTO, flexible schedule, FSA, and more.
As local travel is a requirement of this position, candidate must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, proof of adequate vehicle liability coverage, and reliable transportation.
