About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping children and families unlock their fullest potential? We are looking for a compassionate Behavior Specialist/BCBA to join our dynamic clinic team! In this role, you won't just write plans- you'll build collaborative partnerships with children and their families to design personalized interventions that can bridge home, school and community settings. From conducting meaningful functional assessments to mentoring our Autism Technicians, your work will directly shape brighter futures.
$1000 sign on bonus!
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
A current Board Certification as a BCBA, with experience in early childhood, Autism and individuals with special needs.
Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle liability coverage.
Must demonstrate excellent multitasking abilities and be a team player
