Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Check-in patients, organize paperwork and create charts, ensuring efficient office flow.
- Verify patient insurance information and ensure accurate demographic data entry.
- Schedule appointments and collect payments.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Adhere to all office policies and comply with health care regulations.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of prior medical office experience and completion of a Front Desk Medical Assisting program is a plus but not required.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
