What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator position at Community Options & Resources (COR)?
MANAGEMENT/PROGRAM COORDINATOR POSITION in Sherburn, anticipated starting date as soon as possible.
Applicant will be responsible for the overall operations of a home supporting 3 adults living with disabilities.
It is preferred an applicant have 50 hours of education and training related to human services and at least 4 years of full-time experience providing direct care to people with disabilities.
Possess knowledge and skills in:
· Skills training and promoting choice
· Staff supervision, mentoring, evaluating, scheduling
· Computer programs such as Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge of current theories/practices in the field of intellectual disabilities.
· Working knowledge of applicable DHS rules and regulations is helpful
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. Responsibilities include providing direct care as needed to those we serve.
Starting wage is $22.75/hour awake wage.
