In This Role, You Will

• Assemble equipment (printers/copiers) in our set-up shop in the warehouse or customer sites.
• Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment issues when setting up.
• Clean surfaces of equipment to make them shiny, clean, and customer-ready.
• Extract hard drives of returned equipment, as needed.
• Prepare equipment and schedule for next-day deliveries.
• Move products around the warehouse in various ways (including forklift - will train!).
• Drive and deliver products to customer locations.
• Use attention to detail to complete and maintain paperwork in the warehouse and upon delivery to the customers.
• You may be required to travel out of state for special projects.
• Other duties as needed.
  
  

Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2 years of warehouse or driver experience or a combination of both required
• Basic mechanical experience preferred - to set up machines, remove hard drives, and perform other similar technical requests
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (ME Certificate) per FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a clean, valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
• Ability to work with technicalor non-technical people
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees
• Must be an independent, self-starter, with attention to detail
• Experience working on the computer - MS Office required
