Therap Training Coordinator (Part-Time)

DescriptionCommunity Options, Inc. is a national nonprofit organization providing residential and community-based services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Therap Training Coordinator to support the effective implementation and ongoing training of the Therap Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across our organization. This role is ideal for a technology-savvy professional who enjoys training others, analyzing systems, and driving continuous improvement.Schedule: 24 hours per week (flexible schedule)Must be available to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings as neededLocation: Can be based out of any Community Options local office nationwideStarting Pay: $25.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor the Therap system to ensure operational and security integrityRespond to requests for information, assistance, and system supportDeliver engaging, effective training to build user competencyConduct individual and group training sessions (in-person and remote)Perform training needs analyses across the organizationDevelop instructional materials including handbooks, multimedia aids, tutorials, and reference guidesEvaluate employee progress during training periodsRevise curriculum and training methods to improve effectivenessEnsure consistent system implementation across all regionsAnalyze system data and communicate trends to the Therap AdministratorIdentify system or process improvement opportunities and collaborate on quality improvement plansConduct periodic visits to regional offices to support quality objectivesCooperate with licensing and regulatory inspections, inquiries, or investigationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field plus 1–2 years of related experienceORHigh school diploma with 7–10 years of related experience1 years’ experience with Therap EHR strongly preferredExperience with the Therap Electronic Record System preferredMarketing or digital arts background a plusFlexible schedule (morning, afternoon, evening availability required)Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving recordExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and presentation skillsTechnological proficiency with web-based communication and virtual training platformsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, central registry checks, child abuse registry checks, and drug testing. Why Join Community Options?Competitive Medical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Holidays — Including a Birthday HolidayGenerous Paid Time OffEmployee Incentive & Discount Programs403(b) Retirement PlanCareer Growth OpportunitiesUniversity Partnerships with Tuition ReductionCommunity Options is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.
