Clinical Manager
Full-Time
Monday–Friday, 35 hours per week, with two weekend equivalents per year - supervisor coverage
The Clinical Manager is responsible for the direction and leadership of clinical/admin staff to assure the delivery of effective and efficient clinical services.
Requirements:
- Currently licensed as a registered nurse pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws 244 CMR 2.01.
- Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of home health experience preferred.
- Demonstrates leadership, ability to motivate, and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment to accomplish goals
- Computer experience (Microsoft 365, EMR software)
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining calm demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Make regular home supervisory visits to ensure staff clinical competency including patient assessment, documentation, care plan compliance, and clinically appropriate decision making.
- Monitor documentation of clinical records to assess clear documentation of skill to protect reimbursement
- Conduct and manage weekly interdisciplinary team meetings
- Conduct timely performance reviews of assigned staff
- 2 weekends equivalents per year -supervisor coverage
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
