CMHA is looking to hire a full-time, 2nd shift, Assistant Program Manager for our Residential Respite program. This position will be located at 66 Clinic Dr. New Britain, CT 06051. Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-8:00pm.
Compensation Range: The annual salary range for this position starts at $51,000
Compensation for each position is determined not only by years of relevant experience, education, and skills, but also by maintaining internal pay equity. CMHA also takes into consideration our benefits and paid time off package to provide a well-rounded and competitive approach to the applicant’s overall compensation.
Position Summary: The Assistant Program Manager assists the Program Coordinator in overseeing all program functions/operations in accordance with policies, procedures, and external regulatory agencies, including but not limited to DPH, JCAHO, DMHAS, DCF and Grant/Payer Sources.
