About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to support our Informatics Team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our hospital operations running smoothly, coordinating meetings and events, managing communications, and supporting leadership with critical administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain provider contracts and administrative records
- Support Risk Management and legal documentation
- Assist the Board of Directors with meeting materials, minutes, and special projects
- Coordinate events, logistics, and hospital initiatives
- Serve as a professional point of contact for staff, providers, vendors, and community partners
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a business-related field 3–5 years administrative experience, or High School Diploma 10 years administrative experience
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

- Prolonged sitting/standing, occasional bending and lifting (up to 20 lbs.)
