What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, ideally within healthcare or a related field
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple searches and build candidate pipelines
- Physician recruitment experience is a plus
