Community Medical Group is seeking a Center Administrator to lead the day to day operations of one of our medical centers in Miami. This role plays an important part in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently, provides an exceptional patient experience, and supports both clinical and administrative teams. The Center Administrator partners closely with operational leadership and providers to support performance, compliance, and quality of care within the center.

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 2–4 years of management experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Experience managing medical office operations, front desk, and clinical support staff
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive operational performance and patient satisfaction
- Experience working in outpatient healthcare settings preferred
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred
