Job Summary

We currently have Full-Time and per diem openings. Full-time applicants are eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus. We have days, evenings, and overnight positions.

Duties
- Assist Individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
- Support individuals with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines.
- Engage individuals in social activities, recreational programs, and community outings to foster socialization and independence.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license for driving duties related to community outings or transportation needs.
Pay: $17.35 - $21.00 per hour
