Civil Litigation Attorney (3 Years Experience) – Real Estate & HOA Focus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience and an interest in real estate and HOA law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and experts
- Develop litigation strategies and case evaluations
- Collaborate with partners and support staff on case management
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Experience in real estate or HOA law is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
