You will need to have a car in safe working order, vehicle insurance, a valid CA driver's license, at least 2 years of driving experience, and the ability to pass a background check. A high school diploma is required for this position, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Another plus is having experience with the I/DD community! Bilingual in English and Spanish would be preferred, this caseload works with individuals who primarily communicate in Spanish.
