Pay & Growth Opportunities

What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work one-on-one with individuals to help them achieve their unique goals. Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting individuals in developing workplace and employment skills
- Assisting with independent living and life skills development
- Facilitating participation in social, recreational, and community activities
- Helping individuals pursue educational and career opportunities
- Encouraging community engagement and inclusion
- Providing person-centered support tailored to individual goals and interests
This position serves individuals throughout the South Bay/Chula Vista areas. The expected schedule is Monday through Friday during business hours.

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
- Reliable vehicle in safe working condition
- Current vehicle insurance
