What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Scheduler Assistant position at Community Integrated Services?
Description
- Maintain master schedules for all houses using the Human Resources Information System (HRIS),
- determine which Direct Care Staff (DSP) can fill what vacancy.
- Work closely with Program Manager with adjustments of any scheduling changes (Overtime issues)
- Work closely with Trainer/recruiter and Program Manager to ensure staff follows CIS policy on Attendance.
- Work closely with Trainer/recruiter to track and ensure what employees have read client books, and complete job shadow, orientation checklist, etc.
- Assist with client filing & other duties
- Review Timesheets for accuracy and calculate hours. (punch Edits daily)

Starting Rate
$21.25 an hour.
Employment Service Length: Part-time Annual Bonus & Full-time Annual Bonus
1st Anniversary: $100 $200.00
2nd Anniversary: $200 $400.00
3rd Anniversary: $300 $600.00
4th Anniversary: $400 $800.00
5th and beyond: $500 $1,000.00
Employee Referral Bonus (referral from existing employee)
$125.00 to employee making referral - at time of onboarding
$125.00 to employee making referral - at time of referral's 90-day completion

Requirements
